I am doing my second project on popularity in specifically high school like why is it so important to us for four years and what the mental effects of popularity. My goal for this project was to find out what other people think about high school popularity because we make it out to be this huge thing, when it really doesn’t matter after we leave this place. For art I went around to different people in the school with a bunch papers with clics on them and asking people to list them from their perspective of most popular to least popular. Then I created a college of the different perspectives of everyone to show how many different views there are on who is popular in the school and who is not. For English I came up with questions and created a survey that I sent around the school to people of all different clics. Then I analyzed their different perspectives. I put perspective in my English portion by asking the same question to different people and seeing how they are answer to them. I also answered those same questions to myself to put my perspective into it. For history I created a presentation showing my research on if the high school popularity contest raises the rate of depression, death, and eating disorders. I put perspective into my history because I have collected all of my research I am going write a paragraph below each piece of information explaining what I think about this.
